Anne Boudreau is an author, coach, and executive devoted to guiding people to develop healthy self- worth. The capacity to lean in- wardly for strength, courage, and compassion has never mattered more than in our current world.

Anne’s desire to focus on the topic of self-worth is derived from her life-long passion to address the array of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual issues that impede a person’s ability to feel fulfilled and enjoy inner peace. In addition to writing full time,

Anne advises others in the areas of self-worth and self-acceptance. Prior to her career as a writer, Anne served as director of marketing and communications for numerous global corporations. She has counseled

corporate executives on how to rebrand themselves and their businesses. Anne is actively involved with several non-profit organizations.

Born in Santiago, Chile, Anne has lived in South America and Europe, traveled extensively, and is multilingual. She is a graduate of Northwestern University in English and writing. Through broad exposure to many cultures, she has gained a profound understanding of the importance of spreading acceptance, compassion, respect, peace, and love—as these are the sacred qualities that will guide human beings to reconnect with one another and harmoniously unite us as a global community.

Anne lives in Atlanta with her husband, three spirited children, and three attention-hungry canines who rarely leave her side.

A HUman Mosaic

You have one life. One life. That’s all, at least here on Earth.

Every facet of who you are and how you live your life is filtered through your internal sense of self: how worthy you believe you are, the value you place on yourself as a human being. How you feel about yourself is the lens through which you view everything in your life. Your energy, attitude, health, sexuality, resilience, ability to focus, sleep, and every relationship and interaction is impacted by how you feel in your innermost core being.

You may not know what your purpose is yet, but we each have one. We all have something to contribute to the grand scheme of things. But first, you must believe in yourself, feel at peace with who you are, stop oppressing your own abilities. Learning to like who you are — LOVE who you are — is worth striving for, because it will change your life.

Having gone through the process of uncovering, discovering, and recovering my own self-worth, I will walk you through the steps as we move through the sections of Your Life Matters. Humans are designed to be lifelong learners when we operate at our optimum level. It is never too late to change.

Live the healthiest, most fulfilling life possible by knowing that your life matters.
