Stephen Huggins is a retired aerospace executive. He has been a rocket engineer, sold aircraft and aero-systems on four continents, and directed an advanced technology group. A holder of five university degrees, including a PhD in history, Huggins has taught world history at the University of Georgia and Georgia Military College. His book, America’s Use of Terror, published in 2019, explores the history of American terrorism from colonial times to the present. The Murmur is his first work of fiction.
