Aspiring Authors,

Welcome to Deeds Publishing.

This is what you might call the "self publishing" arm of Deeds Publishing. We don’t like to call it that, though. Allow me to explain.

Self publishing implies that the author is on his or her own. He or she is responsible for their own editing, design, layout, and quality control. For some authors, this is fine, but at Deeds Publishing we have found that most authors are looking for more.

With Internet self-publishing companies and eBooks, it is now easier than ever for an author to get his or her work out there. This is good and bad. Anyone who has something to say can find an avenue to do so, but suddenly even the most talented writers can find themselves lost in a sea of voices. Authors must find a way to stand out from the crowd. That ability to stand out is what Deeds Publishing offers.

We do not believe that “self-published” authors should be on their own. We treat every author as an individual and every book as a custom job. We are design professionals, but we are also students and lovers of design. Because of this, we expect the same quality from our “self-published” books as we expect from our best sellers. We can’t promise you success, but we can promise you a book that you will be proud to call your own.
